1. General Principle

 

All transactions within this system are considered final upon completion.

Refunds are not provided unless explicitly defined within this protocol.

2. Digital Products and Immediate Access

 

The system provides digital products, including but not limited to:

  • books

  • downloadable materials

  • digital content

Access to such content is granted immediately after purchase.

Upon access being granted, the transaction is considered fulfilled.

3. Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

 

By completing a purchase, the user:

  • explicitly requests immediate access to digital content

  • acknowledges that access is granted prior to the expiration of any statutory withdrawal period

  • agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived once access is provided, where permitted under applicable law

This includes provisions consistent with Consumer Rights Directive.

4. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, including:

  • duplicate payments

  • confirmed technical failure preventing access

  • incorrect billing

All requests are subject to verification.

5. Request Procedure

 

Refund requests must include:

  • transaction details

  • description of the issue

  • supporting evidence where applicable

Requests must be submitted without undue delay after the issue is identified.

All refund requests are reviewed at the system’s discretion.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

 

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be processed via the original payment method where possible

  • processing time depends on external payment systems

No guarantees are made regarding timing.

8. Abuse Prevention

 

The system reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • repeated or unfounded requests

  • attempts to exploit refund mechanisms

  • fraudulent behavior

Access to the system may be restricted in such cases.

9. External Payment Systems

 

Payments may be processed through third-party providers.

The system assumes no responsibility for:

  • delays in processing

  • external transaction failures

  • provider-specific issues

10. Modifications

 

This protocol may be updated without prior notice.

The current version remains active upon publication.
