All transactions within this system are considered final upon completion.
Refunds are not provided unless explicitly defined within this protocol.
2. Digital Products and Immediate Access
The system provides digital products, including but not limited to:

digital content
Access to such content is granted immediately after purchase.
Upon access being granted, the transaction is considered fulfilled.
3. Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
By completing a purchase, the user:

explicitly requests immediate access to digital content

acknowledges that access is granted prior to the expiration of any statutory withdrawal period
-
agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived once access is provided, where permitted under applicable law
